LEARNING TOOLS

ABS team program requires players to keep updated notes from their practice sessions in their online intraining app profile. 

This allows the ABS coaches to review the submitted training notes and ensure that players understand their assigned team positions and the key developmental drills they should be practicing at home to improve their court skills. 

The goal is to maximize the training points from our coaches and improve player retention through this note-taking process.
